Our Mission
Here's A Starting Point, PLLC, provides safe and compassionate counseling services to individuals struggling with mental health issues. Starting Point hopes to empower clients to achieve their goals through self-reflection and value alignment.
Our Approach
Starting Point utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and compassion, and mindfulness practices. At Starting Point faith, food, and music are weaved into conversation to make for a holistic approach to mental health, addressing the mind as a part of the body.
Group Therapy
Starting Point believes in providing opportunities to be introduced to therapy as well as spaces for community building among those who are healing. I also believe in intentional service to marginalized communities.
